Supporting visionary pragmatism
We are honoured to support the great work done by two of Australia’s most positive, proactive forces for social and environmental change.
Bush Heritage Australia captured our hearts and imagination with its farsighted goal of protecting 7 million hectares of Australia by 2025.
Bush Heritage was born in 1995 when its founder, green icon Bob Brown donated his Goldman Environment Prize money to save 241 hectares of Tasmanian old growth forest from wood chipping. Twenty-five years later, it continues to provide inspirational leadership in safeguarding our national biodiversity. By building pragmatic partnerships with landowners, government, business and community organisations, Bush Heritage’s team of around 70 renowned environmental specialists oversee the management of over a million hectares of protected country.
Envirocare Systems is proud to contribute 1% of our profits to Bush Heritage’s passionately pragmatic efforts on behalf of our environment. We share their unwavering belief in the power of a profoundly great idea to attract the energy and support of good people.
While we are focused on creating better environmental choices for our clients, we recognise that millions of people live in circumstances that give them no choices at all. Envirocare Systems believes that business has the power to help bring renewed hope and dignity to people living under these conditions.
We commit 1% of our profits to Care Australia who provide practical humanitarian aid to the world’s most vulnerable communities, fearlessly and without favour. Care Australia is first on the ground in times of extreme environmental or political crises and they support struggling communities to build and sustain self sufficiency
Care Australia depends on public and corporate funding for a large part of its revenue, 90% of which goes directly into their humanitarian fieldwork.
Envirocare Systems respect and endorse the practical, life changing work done on behalf of the planet and its people by these extraordinary organisations.
