In the ladies washroom, a safe, discrete method of sanitary disposal is essential in each cubicle. When you provide easy disposal, you save the embarrassment and expense of blockages from dressings flushed down the toilet. 

But did you know that each conventional sanitary disposal unit contains about a litre of a toxic ammonia-based chemical? Strong artificial fragrances are added to disguise its smell. The chemical is also a potential health hazard, suspected of triggering allergic reactions.

This toxic mixture is discarded into the environment and replaced each time the unit is serviced.

Solution:  Our eco-friendly sanitary disposal units work on a different principle

Instead of toxic chemicals, we use a compostable bin liner and a super-absorbent natural clay-like material.

The units are tall, with a dual flap lid to prevent children from accessing the contents. We sanitise the units with a citrus-based cleaner.

It works, and it’s a much fresher, safer approach.

Naturally, we’ll take care of unit servicing, repairs and replacements. We service the units off-site at times that suit you.
