Envirocare Systems provides environmentally sustainable equipment, consumables and services for commercial washrooms throughout Perth. Everyone is now aware of the damage that we are doing to the environment, and realise that we need to do something now to reduce our impact on it.
Many businesses and organisations have now set clear mandates to use greener alternatives in the workplace. Our products and services help businesses to meet their mandates and communicate to their staff and visitors that they are doing something positive.
We are leading our industry in the implementation of green solutions for commercial washrooms and are ready to expand our team. We really are green at heart and are looking for a responsible and motivated Service Representative to join us.
2. Position Summary
Service Representatives are typically hard workers that enjoy working through their tasks methodically and have a strong focus on attention to detail. They enjoy variety, are typically hands on and have a practical approach to problem solving. We are looking for someone that is also motivated, enthusiastic personable and enjoys responsibility.
3. Detailed Job Description
As part of the Client Services Team and reporting to the Service Coordinator, you will primarily work independently away from the office. On most days you will be given a set service route comprised of clients within a specific area. You will visit those sites and perform services as required to our equipment or the washroom fixtures. The service tasks could include refilling soap dispensers, exchanging sanitary disposal units, replacing air fresheners, maintaining urinal & w/c sanitisers, maintenance on various other washroom equipment and installing equipment.
Customer service is an important and rewarding part of your role. Envirocare Systems prides ourselves on our very high level of customer satisfaction. This is due to the way our service reps deal with the clients and handle their needs. Our philosophy is simple...under promise, and over deliver! You will inherit many happy clients and will be expected to maintain them
You will also spend time at the office and warehouse where you will perform a variety of tasks such as inventory, equipment preparation and client site guide updates.
Your performance will be measured by the overall client satisfaction as well as the efficiency and productivity of your service routes.
4. Skills & Qualifications
· National Police Clearance
· The ability to work with minimum supervision
· Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
· Current C Class drivers licence with clean driving record
· Neat & clean appearance
· Genuine interest & concern for the environment
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Pleasant, phone manners
· Written and verbal communication skills
· Highly organised and detail-oriented
· Competency in standard computer programs including Word, Excel, Outlook
5. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to…
· Client satisfaction and retention
· Efficiencies and productivity for your service routes
· Maintain up to date site guides for each of our clients
· Receive stock and prepare it for service, sales or installation
· Stock control and inventory
· Pro-actively presenting new ideas and methods that will improve our performance and profitability
· Attending periodic site visits to ensure client satisfaction
· Meeting KPI’s for efficiency and productivity
· Load the service van for the next days service commitments
· Drive from site to site
· Service our equipment at our client’s premises
· Deliveries
· Install dispensers and equipment at new sites
· Maintain your vehicle in clean and tidy condition
· Maintain client records

8. Remuneration & General
· Salary package $35 - $40K + Superannuation dependant on skills, experience and knowledge.
· Profit Share

· Working hours - Monday to Friday during normal business hours
